Daniel Oksenberg | דניאל אוקסנברג

Daniel Oksenberg (b. 1992, Israel) is a painter currently living and working in Tel-Aviv, depicting still life imagery from his daily environment. These picturesque scenes of casual moments are reconstructed in his works into abstract yet figurative paintings, which examine cultural symbols through compositions, materials and colors. In his artistic research, Oksenberg combines collective psychology and personal history  in order to reinterpret the image’s narrative.
