We are Freshpaint art & design fair, operated by Headstart Ltd. “Headstart” is in ownership of Curator’s Favorites Online Catalogue 2020, providing access to art and design works available for direct online purchase (“Service”). More information about us is available at the Freshpaint website.
This page is used to inform our website visitors and our Customer (“you“) regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive when you use our Website or Service.

Who we share your data with

For example, we use cloud computing services for storing our data, located in Israel. In addition, we work with programmers and computer professionals on the further development and maintenance of this website. In addition, shipment of items will be done by a third-party company who specializes in such deliveries. These third parties have access to your Personal Information, in order to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Furthermore, please note that we use the services of a third-party company, iCREDIT (Rihvit), as a payment provider for credit card clearing. iCREDIT will receive your payment information while using a PCI Data Security Standard.
We value your trust in providing us with your personal information, and so we continually use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We apply standard information security measures in order to make sure your personal information isn’t accessible to unauthorized factors.
