Tal Yerushalmi (b. 1978) is an Israeli painter, Living and working in Tel Aviv. She is a graduate of Bezalel academy (BFA, MFA), and during her MFA studies was selected to exhibit at the Istanbul Biennial. Yerushalmi’s work takes inspiration from Israel’s history and archaeology, and her Artist Book, Baskets Diary (2018), included a wide research through the Israel Museum’s archaeology departments.
Yerushalmi has won several awards and scholarships, among them the Ministry of Culture Award, support from The Lottery Council, and the America-Israel Fund Scholarship. She was recently selected to participate at ArtMaze Magazine, London (2020). Selected Exhibitions: Ashdod Museum, Petah Tikva Museum, Hezi Cohen Gallery, Tel Aviv, and the Center of Contemporary Art, Bremen, Germany.
